Everyone’s hiring process is different. One prefers to contact new candidates on Skype, another a phone call. Maybe you have a longer screening process, where there are many different managers to review candidates.
So it’s nice to be able to customise your own candidate pipeline to just the way you want it.
Of course you can use just the default stages, ‘Rejected’, ‘New’ etc; but you may want fine grain control so you can remember exactly where you are at in a given moment of the pipeline.
To add new pipeline stages, go to ‘Settings’ and choose the ‘Candidate pipeline’ tab.
Just type the name of the stage you want to add and in the dropdown select what category your stage will be filed under. Click ‘Save’. And that’s it!
You can now add as many stages for your hiring process as you need. You can also drag and drop your stages to reorder them.
