EEO1 compliance reporting
HireHive allows US companies automate EEOC and OFCCP reporting. To find out more about EEOC reporting and who needs to comply visit here
EEOC reporting can be switched on in your ‘Settings’. Once enabled, voluntary questions will be added to the candidate application form and a footer will be added to your careers page highlighting that you are an Equal Opportunities Employer.
The answers that candidates give will be recorded in HireHive but will not be visible on the candidate’s profile. This ensures there is no bias during the application review process.
In ‘Reports’ the answers given will be available in a table and you will have the option to download all answers.
You will also be able to select the information relating to a specific job or export information for all jobs allowing you to more easily complete the official report when needed.
