How much will HireHive cost my company?
You can choose a pricing plan that suits you. Whether you have three, six or sixty open positions we have the right plan. A lot of companies hide their pricing but we are completely transparent about our pricing with all our subscription options listed on our website. Our subscriptions are either billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions are more cost effective as you only pay for 10 months of use and get 2 months free access.
Can I try HireHive?
Sure! We know decisions like this take time so we offer a 14 free trial. During this trial you can:
- Post up to 6 jobs on your account
- Start accepting candidate applications
- Use features like candidate searching, interview scheduling and feedback forms
- Get support from our knowledgeable support team on best recruiting practices
How long does account set up take?
On average account set up takes no longer than 30 minutes. All you need to do is add your jobs, set up your team and create your careers page and you’re ready to go. If you require more advanced set up we will assign an account manager to help you get up and running.
Will my team need training?
We focus on simplicity and ease of use. That’s why all you need to get started with HireHive is a 20 minute online demo and you’re good to go. We also have a support team ready to answer your questions through our chat facility within HireHive and an extensive support centre.
Subscriptions are based on active jobs. What does ‘active jobs’ actually mean?
Active jobs are the number of jobs that you can accept applications for at any one time. Once you have finished hiring for one job you can close/archive this job and open a new one. All information relating to a closed/archived job is stored within the system so you don’t lose any information.
Can I switch plans?
Things change – we get that. So you can easily change plans when and if you need to. You next invoice will then be prorated depending on the number of days you were on each plan.
We’re doing a lot of hiring and need extra jobs, is this possible?
Absolutely. If you think you need more job slots you can either upgrade from your Subscription Settings or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
I am currently using an ATS, can I switch?
Yes of course – we have helped lots of companies move from Jobvite, Taleo, iCIMS, Excel sheets and basic forms. We help you export and migrate as much data as possible to get you up and running with your new account.
How does migration work?
When you’ve created an account and added your jobs, your account manager will set up a call with you to discuss the next steps for the migration. Once we know what we’re working with, this process usually happens pretty quickly.
