Each candidate that applies will automatically appear in the ‘New’ stage of the pipeline. Candidates can then be reviewed and moved through the hiring process which is clearly reflected in the pipeline.
This pipeline is customised to suit your hiring process allowing you to fully keep track of where candidates are at for each job posting.
If a candidate is more suitable for another job posting you can easily link them to that role copying over their application to the other job and allowing you to move them through the pipeline for this role.
Create a database
Each application that comes into HireHive is stored in your own centralised database.
This database is fully searchable using filters, keywords and Boolean search terms.
A preview search allows you to see exactly where your search terms are appearing in the candidate’s profile allowing you to make an informed decision about the candidates suitability.
In depth candidate profiles
An in depth profile is created for each candidate that comes into HireHive. This profile contains the application (CV/Resume and cover letter) as well as the basic details such as the contact information and the current job of the candidate.
The ‘Questions’ tab allows you to get an insight into the additional information that the candidate provided during the application process.
An overview tab allows you to see any actions that were taken during the application process by you and your team. This provides a clear timeline of events for each candidate.
