Job advertisements can be tough to get right. You want to reflect what kind of organisation you are, while maintaining a professional look. You want to seem fun, without resorting to the word ‘awesome.’ You want to attract high-calibre candidates, without alienating candidates with a list of requirements as long as the Nile. It's tough. Here's what you need to consider when drafting a killer job ad.

The visual element of social media offers further opportunity to engage candidates, as imagery is proven to be the best way of engaging readers.
